| Zu teuer für den Service und den Standard der Sauberkeit in den Zimmern. Parkettboden im Zimmer 604 ist abgelöst und aufgebläht. Auch nach dem Hinweisen passiert nichts - in dieser Kategorie ein No-Go. Küche beim Frühstücksbuffet nicht sauber. |

| The hotel generally keeps the standard that can be expected from a Sheraton hotel. However, it detracts much from it, that they offered parking at 30 euro a night - a ridiculous sum. When asked if they could recommend any other - cheaper - parking, they informed us, that we could park in another parking lot, but that the cost would be prohibitive and it was quite far away. When we checked ourselves, we found a free parking lot - 75 meter from the hotel!!! Bad service! Apart from this, the hotel is alright, but very pricey for its standard. It lies in a very good location just outside the historical center. |

| A fantastic hotel. One of the best I've ever visited. Very classy and stylish. Great rooms with wooden floor. Beautiful lobby bar. Flawless and very friendly service, and everything worked spot on. Also the hotel's limousine service was very nice. I don't remember a hotel visit lately to leave this kind of impression. I wish all the hotels were like this. :) |

| New, modern and quite nice hotel.
Old city is 15 min away, hotel is almost on the river bank (no good views to the river though).

| This was all good. It was very nice hotel great staff, The morning breakfeast was GREAT
location is on the River........it there was only one thing that could be better, they have very small fitness room but this is very normal for this part of the world |

| Hotellet ligger i sammenheng med det nye kjøpesenteret og forøvrig i grei avstand til gamlebyen og øvrige severdigheter. Nytt og fresht hotell med hyggelig betjening og alle fasiliteter. Anbefales. |

| Buenas instalaciones,buen servicio y situado a 100 metros de la orilla del Danubio, donde se encuentra una zona nueva llena de cafeterias y restaurantes con terrazas muy animadas.El barco que remonta el rio hasta Viena tiene su embarcadero a unos centenares de metros y la Ciudad Vieja a unos 10 minutos andando. |

| This hotel offered an amazing location. The hotel staff in every department, check in, bell hop, room service, spa, housekeeping was terrific. I was had a late day and the cleaners were more than happy to arrange a time to come back when it was convenient for me. Bell hops made for a wonderful welcome committee-sent a great first impression to arrivers. I had an issue with my digital camera, they recommended me to a local shop which ended up providing a service for free due to the hotel (friends of a bellhop or relative connection was lost in translation). The spa services were willing to work you in for last minute massage and when using the gym close to close would allow me to finish my run and cool down-never forced to do an abrupt stop. Check in service was easy, offered tips on places to shop, hidden gems of the city. The staff truly made my stay in Bratislava a more enjoyable vacation. |
