| Rommet vi fikk var ikke stort og litt mørkt. Flott hotell, men litt stivt og med overdreven service hvor personalet banker på døren på ettermiddagen og spør om de skal re opp sengen for kvelden - akkurat det klarer de fleste selv. Personalet står nærmest i giv akt når du kommer og frokost er alla cart - ikke buffet som for de fleste er langt å foretrekke. Prisen er likevel såpass lav at det er ikke mange steder i verden man kan bo på et så flott hotell for en slik pris. |

| This wonderful hotel delivered everything it promised and more. The staff spoke extremely good English and were very accommodating. We are a couple in our late 50's and only stayed in this hotel for two evenings but it was a wonderful experience. We dined in the restaurant one evening and had 5 star service and a meal that was delicious from beginning to end.
The location of this hotel is perfect - just steps away from the town centre and local sights.
Trust me, you will not be disappointed with your stay at this hotel. It is truly a gem! |

| We had planned three nights in Vienna but our hotel price more than doubled on the third night so we decided to check out Bratislava, a quick hour train ride away. We were able to get this charming five star hotel, centrally located in old town, for the weekday rate of our four star hotel in Vienna. Pleasant staff, whirlpool, sauna, steam room in the basement and nice, albeit small room. Easy city to see in one day and a great boutique hotel! |

| Beautiful and quiet hotel in a great location with friendly English speaking staff. Choose this independent hotel over any chain.
Food not up to scratch for a 5 star, breakfast very disappointing. Rooms very hot.
Not impressed with our 17 Euro bill for a bottle of Evian. Made up of 8 Euros for the bottle and 9 Euros to bring it to the 2nd floor!!! |
