| An diesm Hotel kann man nicht viel aussetzen! Es ist sauber, groß und im top- modernen Zustand. Das einzige was verbesserungswürdig wäre, ist der Service beim Frühstück. Die zum größten Teil jungen Servicekräfte ignorieren einen gekonnt. Ledglich ein achtsamer älterer Herr hat den Gesamteindruck verbessert. |

| I very much enjoyed my stay, however, considering in Bratislava you can get a free wireless connection almost anywhere in town, even on the streets, it was extremely frustrating to not be able to get it for free in your room. Not only was it not free, if I did want to pay for it, I had to go to one of the public areas to get it. They do have an ethernet connection in the rooms for internet, but that doesn't do much for my smart phone. |

| Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit toller Lage. Freundlicher Service und hilfsbereites Personal. Einziger Nachteil: Zimmer zur Hauptstrasse sind nicht geeignet für ruhesuchende Gäste - wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind hört man den Strassenlärm fast nicht mehr. |

| Das Hotel ist sehr schön, es passt eigentlich alles, bis auf die Zimmerreinigung. Am 22. kam ich gegen 14 Uhr zurück ins Hotel, weil ich krank wurde, wollte mich duschen und dann hinlegen, aber das Zimmer war noch nicht auf geräumt. Habe den Zustand der Rezeption gemeldet. Musste dann noch 2 Stunden warten, bis das Zimer gesäubert wurde und neue Hand-und Badetücher ausgegeben wurden. So etwas dürfte in solch einem Haus nicht passieren.
Sonst war alles in Ordnung, die Küche und das Service waren sehr in Ordnung. Die Bar ist am Abend, wenn mehr als 5 Personen in der Loppy sitzen ein wenig überfordert, die servierten Getränke waren aber schwer in Ordnung.
Kann des Hotel schon weiter empfehlen, es hat eine gute Lage, alle Sehenwürdigkeiten liegen in umittelbarer Nähe. |

| I'm delighted we chose this hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and even researched details of the opera and nightlife for us. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed (including a great coffee machine to help kick-start each day). Location is good, just a 5 minute walk from the tourist centre. All in all, ideal! |

| when we arrived and saw the soviet facade,i got scared.in fact the room was nice,well equipped,had some charm and the best part of the hotel was the spa,with free entrance to the sauna and turkish bath.internet was expensive so we dropped it,and the otherwise friendly and helpful staff sent us to the worse imaginable restaurant in the whole univers e |

| The Bratislava Falkensteiner is just outside the old town but very convenient for both strolling round the old town itself as well as the castle. Worth noting that there is an underpass right outside the hotel to cross the busy road which might make it difficult for guests with disabilities (although it does have stair lifts into the underpass). The route felt safe and was well lit at night though and there was no noise from the road in the rooms. The staff were friendly and the rooms very clean. They were a slightly different layout to your average chain-hotel room which made a nice change albeit at the cost of a smaller bedroom and larger bathroom. The furnishings were well put together and all in, it was a pleasant surprise. Worth going up to the gym on the top floor as it has great views of the castle. |

| Vi var super-nöjda med hotellet och rekommenderar det gärna.
Mellan hotellet och gamla stan är kanske 200 meter eller så. Man går i en tunnel under vägen och sedan kanske hundra meter i ett dåligt upplyst område - så kanske inte så trevligt att gå själv på natten. Detta vägs dock upp av att hotellet är så trevligt.
Rekommenderas varmt. |
